4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

5. User Responsibility for Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

5.1 User Due Diligence: While AI-Cheff provides recipe suggestions, it is the responsibility of the user to review all recipe components for potential allergens and dietary restrictions. AI-Cheff does not guarantee that the generated recipes will be suitable for all users, particularly those with specific dietary needs or allergies.

5.2 Allergy Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that AI-Cheff may suggest recipes that include ingredients to which you or others consuming the prepared dishes may be allergic. It is solely your responsibility to identify and avoid ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or other adverse health effects.

5.3 No Liability for Allergic Reactions: The Company shall not be liable for any health issues resulting from food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions related to recipes generated by AI-Cheff. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from allergic reactions or other health issues resulting from the use of AI-Cheff.

5.4 Consultation with Professionals: We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional or a dietitian if you have concerns about food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. AI-Cheff is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on the AI-Cheff website. Your continued use of AI-Cheff after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the state laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
